STEP (1) ONE: CLEAN the surface with RustGuy® Rust Prep Cleaner. Make a strong solution and apply over the entire surface. Wait a few minutes then rinse. Now the surface is clean, residue free and ready to be treated. CAUTION - Do NOT scrape, grind or sandblast the surface. Best results are achieved when a layer of rust is left behind. STEP (2) TWO: APPLY RustGuy® Rust Converter directly to rusted surfaces. DO NOT DILUTE. Saturate any rusted surfaces. Can be brushed, rolled or sprayed. The result will be a darker, rock hard, super slick surface. Can be sanded, puttied or filled. Leave as-is or paint. Will not rust again! STEP (3) THREE: (Optional) PAINT the surface. For optimal (best) results, use RustGuy® Rust Preventer Industrial Super Paint. Prevents rust from starting. Easy to apply. Superior strength. Leaves a rock-hard "wet look" finish.
