Clean surface with our RustGuy® Rust Prep industrial strength cleaner. Our prep cleaner is highly dilutable with water and can be used in conjunction with a pressure / power washer or by bucket and brush. Remove any loose flake, oil, dirt, salt, manure, fertilizer residue, etc. Inspect the remaining painted surfaces for bubbled paint. Open bubbles to expose the rust.
